AMA NORTH EAST OPEN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
SOUTH SHIELDS, OCTOBER 16th 2005

TASK sent nine competitors to the above event which was in aid of the late sensei Peter Garrity, who had tragically died earlier in the year.

It was a well organised tournament brought by EKGB/AMA Sensei Peter Allen 6th Dan.

It had the highest quality of karate-ka in attendence, including the following students from TASK -

David Barber, Poppy Dawson, Ruby Dawson, Vinny Dawson, Elizabeth Green, Joanne Hewitt, Alex Spaxman, Lydia Smith, and Jacob Williamson.

All Students fought extremely well and we are very proud of their achievements.
