29th Tyne and Wear Open Karate Championships

On Sunday 27th November three members of TASK attended
the Tyne and Wear Open at Sunderland.
Vinny Dawson entered the Under 9's Kumite section,
Ruby Dawson entered the Girls & Boys 10-11 yrs Kumite section,
and Poppy Dawson entered the Girls & Boys 12-14 yrs Kumite section.
They all fought extremely well and showed the high standard of kumite
that TASK is getting a reputation for.
On this occasion, Vinny Dawson was the only person
to gain a trophy, taking home the SILVER for 2nd place in
his class.
